Shibuya Toastmasters Club had the 299th meeting on October 2nd, 2019 @ Owada with an international guest.

TMOE was TM Miyuki Futonaka. She said," I took TMOE role after a long time, but I tried it, and I realized that I had improved my facilitation skill." Let’s go one step further. Practice makes it perfect.
